“The ladies at Lickety Stitch Quilts are the best. They are always ready with expert and informed answers to my questions. Their store is a great and welcome retailer in our community.”

DEBBIE

Lickety Stitch has been in business in Lusk for 14 years. We remodeled a building on main street that had been a coffee shop to start our business. In 2017 we remodeled the historic bank building next door and more than doubled the size of the shop. In 2023 we remodeled the building on the other side and added a classroom and retreat center.

For those who have not seen the store, please describe it.

We have 3,500 square feet of store space plus 1,000 square feet of classroom space. We are known for our large inventory of western, batik, minky, and wildlife prints, as well as a nice selection of most other styles of fabrics. We have everything you need for quilting and also offer longarm and binding services.

We are located in a small town in eastern Wyoming and everyone who comes into the shop for the first time is amazed at the extent of our inventory, size of our shop, and quality of our fabrics. We are best known for the friendly service and help we provide our customers.

“It’s a neat quilt store full of great quality fabrics, quilting supplies, and great ladies who quilt themselves and are very knowledgeable to help you. They have a room for workshops, guest speakers or some days you can bring your machine and sew. They offer quilting services that are the best. Once a week they have a live program letting you know about new fabrics, supplies, new quilt kits, sewing tips, etc. It’s the best quilt shop!”

“Karen and group are very knowledgeable about quilting–they have ideas and the know how to make the ideas work. Their shop is very comfortable and cozy to shop in. When you walk in, their smiles are warm and ready to be of help to you. If you just want to browse, they are fine with that also. If you go in only to get your quilting battery recharged, this is the place to go. The ideas will wake you up!”
